Standard FAQ
When it comes to mattresses, there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution. As the needs vary across individuals, what is best for them would be really subjective according to each individual’s preference.
To determine the mattress that is best for you, we highly recommend that you to refer to our buying guide or visit to our nearest outlet for the face-to-face consultant. All SleepTherapy mattresses are crafted with care and tested for quality assurance.
Four keys to keep in mind are support, comfort, space and matching sets. The mattress that's right for you will keep your spine in proper alignment – how your spine is when it's in good standing posture – supporting your body and cradling it along its curves. The right mattress will also be comfortable for your body.
Keep in mind that your comfort preferences are likely to change as you age. Make sure the mattress provides enough space for easy, free movement. Couples should sleep on a queen or king-size mattress. And remember that a mattress and foundation are designed to work together.
Buy them as a set and get the most out of your investment in yourself. For further advises, please walk-in or contact our authorized dealers.
It’s always a good idea to measure where your new mattress will strike your headboard. However, all quality mattresses are thicker and plusher today allowing more pressure relief and a better night’s sleep. Studies have shown that pressure is the biggest sleep thief at night.
If your mattress is cutting off proper circulation and creating pressure points, you will awaken with aches and pains from tossing and turning. Have you ever noticed that your arm is numb or that you hip is still asleep even after you awake? That is a good indication that your mattress is not supporting or conforming to your body properly.
